Help please! I can't get any mods to work.

Now on console it should be even harder to get the mods running, not to speak of creating them in the first place .

Hate to bump but this problem just arose for me.

Reinstalled game, to programs x86 (default for win7)
Updated to 1.2
Placed the play as female WD in the WD folder
Run game

Yet it doesn't work. I have no other mods, nor have I used any yet, I ensured it was running as admin as well as checked all the permissions. Am I missing something here?
