IDEA/REQ Hotkey to equip dual wield weapons

I dual wield on my character and find it very frustrating that if I swap to a bow or a staff that when I try to go back to dual wield I have to go back into inventory and selct my 2nd weapon.

Would there be some way to make a hotkey mod so that I can assign it to BOTH weapons so I can click it and be back in dual wield?

You have 3 different Armour/weapon set ups if you assign 2 weapons to a particular set up they will always be available. I have one set of leather armour with a bow, and then a second armour Elvern atm. which I use for dual wield and pole arm, so I have to highlight the armour twice once on the 2nd position and again on the third with the different weapons assigned to each.
