Playstation 3 Version of Two Worlds II Delayed Slightly.

German Side of the Two Worlds II Section on the TopWare/ZuxxeZ forum Dirk.P.Hassinger CEO of TopWare Entertainment announced that the PS3 Version of Two Worlds II has been officially delayed due to problems with Printing the game in time for its November 9th release.

According to Dirk, they were unable to choose the company/organization who will print the game, which they were able to with the PC/360 Version!
The game is said to be held up in Austria at Sony, Dirk is said to be very dissatisfied.
They are hoping to get it in stores by the 18th according to Gamepro.de

Man I know it is only a week more, but more than that they HOPE to have the game late next week, means there could be another delay. Living in the US it could be mid December before I get it or later. I want to play it asap but I am almost tempted to wait and upgrade my version ($84 to import).
UGH, I almost wish I had never heard of Two Worlds Two a few months ago cause this has been agony. With all of the back and forth and not a single solid answer on a release date, makes Gumionday a sad panda

What a mess, but I am hardly surprised at this point. I am sure I will enjoy it when and if it ever releases here in the US. I have enough to play right now anyway. Glad I canceled my import pre-order.

I am canceling mine too if I don't hear of them having it by the 18th which is next thursday. I guess there goes all the import orders for those who decided to import the PS3 version due to southpeaks actions. If I were the developer/publishers I would sever ties with sony(if it is sonys fault) Sony is not known for their support of the smaller companies.

Oh now this is just plain idiotic, with all the upsets they've had so far you think they would've gotten off their ass and made sure that the platform that didn't have the first game and thus no real negative experience with it would at least have had a simultaneous release with the 360 and PC versions. Honestly now, it's like they're trying to discourage people from buying it.

It's just a matter of contracts and business...don't forget it's the first game they releasing for PS3 so things happens which are'nt predicted!

What do you want to bet that the PS3 version in Europe will now get a simultaneous release in January with the South Peak published regions? Or at least within a couple of weeks of each other.

LOL, I guess we will see. That one article said it was delayed for an indefinite period of time and that the 18th was uncertain. Not worried about it either way, though. As January is just right around the corner and I already have it pre-ordered with Gamestop (again). As long as it releases here on January 4th, I'll be happy.

According to this Eurogamer article, there is a possibility that Sony may just pull the PS3 version altogether. I am doubting (hoping) that this does not happen.

rumor has it that sony didn't print their discs on time because they need all their blu-ray plants pumping out copies of gt5.
