Hey, what about that furniture!
Ok - thanks to all the screenshots and artwork we‘ve seen, we all know that „The Temptation“ has an external world that‘s fascinating and is full of tremendous detail, including the exteriors of the houses, castles and other buildings... but what about the interiors of these structures, eh?
Well, I can now reveal to you that the developers have been working intensively on the interior decoration of structures for the past few weeks - and they‘ve developed a concept that provides different furnishings and interior designs per structure, depending on the region, the wealth of the inhabitants and other various characteristics. That was hard work for the artists, who had to create lots of detailed sketches and prove their worth as interior architects! And the artwork we‘re publishing today proves that they‘ve done a darn good job!
You can see that Reality Pump has said goodbye to standard furnishings and really gone into the world of fine detail. Books, maps and scrolls will also provide players with more helpful information - and the new motion features are used in building interiors too! You can climb up the ladder in the background, for example, and even move individual boxes around to get to specific areas of a room.
An extremely mysterious screen window reached us today from Krakau, headquarters of Reality Pump. On the screenshot are several almost futuristic wooden planks and a richly-ornamented tower. Could that structure be an observation tower? And why does that sky, so beautifully portrayed in sunset, seem to be almost within reach? Link these questions to a certain sketch from one of our earlier issues of the Antaloor Post and you‘ll soon have the answers!
