remember normal you have to contact southpeak 1st.
and it is clear that i don´t have all rights at the activation server because i am only a mod not a zuxxez member.

not all have the same problem like you. normal it must work to activate the game without problems. maybe you have to check your firewall settings or disable it during the activation.

I appreciate your position, which is unenviable and I'm sorry if my remarks seem to be aimed at you; they aren't, but unfortunately you're the only one who's had the decency to reply and you're catching my ire as a result.
Yes, I've mailed both the places you suggest - without reply. Impressive. Judging by the postings on this forum, the distributors must have been aware of this problem for over a year and have done absolutely nothing about it. If they had, there'd have been immediate reference to a new, working telephone number for anyone with difficulties, or a URL to make a manual activation. Don't they care, or are they just utterly incompetent? That doesn't bode well for the quality of the game, does it?
One thing's for sure: they've got a thoroughly disgruntled customer on their hands, one who'll be looking for his money back if this situation persists at this time tomorrow.

Thanks for the PM, to which I have replied. And I said I'd make it public, so here it is: two minutes after I posted that intemperate rant I had an e-mail from South Park giving me an activation code, plus an unlock code for a bonus something-or-other. I therefore withdraw, with apologies, any and all rude comments I have made about the company and wish to thanks Unknown for his help, patience and toleration; it must have ben tested.

i agree totally this really SUCKS i cant activate with the software & all the phone numbers inactive.in the u.k. we can sue for mental distress caused by,a person,company,or company of producing product.
i tried disabling my firewall & norton antivirus temporally;but its no-use.

Seriously this thing needs to be fixed and the telephone activation is poorly made.They changed numbers or something couse when i type there number ( which is writen in the manual and in-game ) it says that it doesnt exsist ??

Ok I also Just bought the collectors edition in Australia, After Installing I'm asked for a serial number, I've looked all through the documentation that came with the game but still can't find it. Can some one please help figure how to start this damn game!!!! (or at least where to find the Serial number!!!)

ok well i bought tw last year it worked fine i had to install it 3 times on each pc i have since i have a family that plays it also but i got a new pc 2 weeks ago and well i cant install it now ,
i tried a friends serial key since he has the game also and he never used it (i only used his key not the game) and it didnt work..
so what can i do to get my game up and working again ?

kk now i got another problem when i installed the game it didnt prompt me for a serial key when the game started after installation i could only activate through the main menu..
but when i try it says my "activation failed. invalid serial number key. (not found in activation database)" is there a way i can re-enter a serial key ? O_O

ok try following:
please download and install the "two worlds controlpannel"

in this tool you can delete your serialkey out of your registry.


if you dont want to install a tool you can remove the serial from your registry by your own. (but be careful don´t delete the wrong registry key)

1.) go to your windows install folder and search for --> regedit.exe and run it
2.) search for following key and delete it

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Reality Pump\TwoWorlds\SerialKey

3.) start Two Worlds and enjoy

I am sad to see I am not the only one having activation problems. My problem is when I go to activate it says something to the effect "improper screen name or accnt" something like that. Apparently someone else is already registered to play on my accnt. I am not sure how this occurs seeing as this was a new purchase, as far as I know. The seal on the box wasnt cut. The accnt name is Demandred-zero. I was sent an email by a Mr. Rhien at Two Worlds and said that if I provided him with the serial # he would delete said accnt and everything would be OK. That was about 5 weeks ago and after several emails nothing has changed other than the fact that he lied to me. Thanks a lot!! He wont answer me and he hasnt fixed it. Few things suck worse than people who make statements and then fail to follow thru. Very disappointing too because it looks like it could be a fun game. I have played the SP version and I like it. If anyone is listening, please help and not with just empty promises. If you need to know my serial # just ask Mr. Rhien or get me privately.
