I very first got my two worlds game around a week or 2 ago. I installed it expecting it all to work fine, which of course it didn't.. i used my activation code (with letters in etc) and tried to play it. To my amazement i found the game was laggy as hell and was basically not playable. (my computer specs was alot better than the required).
The next option i seeked was to try it on a different computer in the house i live in (which has better specs than the one i am using). So off i went and installed it on there, the code worked but it was still a little laggy.
So out of curiosity i formatted my computer just incase it was because i had lots of junk and ad-ware on my computer or something.
So a new install and a fresh start, i installed all my drivers etc then the moment came to install two worlds. I installed two worlds and booted it up and what do you know .. please enter your activation code, i was puzzled i must admit so i carefully put in my code again and it didn't work... it says i've activated it on too many computers or something. I thought fair enough i see how this is meant to work and un-installed it from the other computer just incase but nope it still said the same.
I followed the procedures of activate by phone, talked to a two worlds engingeer told her the story of why it's saying this. she eventually gave me a code to put in the activate via phone code. (all numbers no letters) The code worked but the game still lagged like crazy, by this time i was severely angry.
In the end i went out and bought a new video card (Msi 8600gts ddr3 overclocked). the video card came today, i got back from work and installed the video card along with the drivers, then booted up two worlds and guess what.. it's asking me to enter my activation code again due to hardware change. I put in the code she gave me on the phone and yet again it said it had been installed on too many computers, this left me confused because i have used the code once before on one computer which was when she gave me the code on the phone.
So i called the number and a two worlds engineer answered, i gave her the number on the screen like she asked for and she tells me theres a problem with this account please e-mail "them" ..?
So now this leaves me in what i would call "no mans land" i'm totally confused, i've seen people complain about bugs in the game etc but i thought they was just mardy, obviously not. The Activation side on the other hand seems to be a complete mess.
If anyone has experience of this problem please do let me know if there is a decent fix, as i'm about ready to launch the p.c out of window.
Sorry about the long starting thread, i felt the need to get it off my chest.

I'am having a similar situation.I PREORDERED the game after getting hyped by the demo,my network connection has worked for basically most of my games but I can't even activate my game because I can't go to the site.I can't call them because the phone number doesn't work and I've been waiting 4-5 weeks for the tech guy to respond to my email.I posted earlier at the community forums, and nobody has had the decency to help....
Re: Activating My Two Worlds Game At The Main Menu..
Could you just give some phone numbers that will be answered? I called the UK number from outside UK (I'm in Europe, but have UK retail version) as I don't have an internet connection on my games PC. (If you had actually used the exact number gien for UK in the UK it would not have worked either. I suspect most people would have known though to drop the second 0 off the beginning of the number).
Re: Activating My Two Worlds Game At The Main Menu..
I purchased Two Worlds at Best Buy in Cleveland, Ohio USA. When I got home and registered the game it said my CD key was in use!!! Well I was just going to remove the old account and use the game. However during some hardware trouble shooting the game has become unregistered and I can not reactivate on line or by phone. Please contact me with the necessary steps.
Re: Activating My Two Worlds Game At The Main Menu..
Hello. My name is Thanos Georgoulis. I am from Greece and i work at the computer games magazine PC Master as a reviewer.
I bought Two Worlds last year, and after some hardware upgrades i did, from last year till last week (i bought new ram, i bought a 7600 Nvidia GeForce, i bought another stick of ram, and lately i bought an Ati HD 3850) the game won't let me activate via internet. i tried calling the phone activation number, but when i enter the code, an automated answer tells me that i have to speak to someone in order to activate, since i have reached the maxixmun number of automatic activations. I wait on the phone, but noone answers.
I tried sending a PM to you Phalynx, with my Serial, but a message came up, telling me that you have chosen not to receive pms. Who can help me with my problem?

Re: Activating My Two Worlds Game At The Main Menu..
Dear Two Worlds Fan,
We apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing with your activation process. We have fixed the issue and our phone lines are currently up and available to take your calls at 1-866-697-1227. Thank you for purchasing Two Worlds and hope to hear from you soon.
Hey All! I bought a copy of this recently at EB Games/Gamestop & it installs but when I hit that "Activate" button I'm not prompted to enter anything, but receive a message that states "Activation Failed. Invalid Serial number key (not found in activation DB)
I can play single player game, but no multiplayer. I called the phone numbers, but when it asks for the key it fails--my 16 part key has both letters and numbers...any & all help is greatly appreciated.
Re: Activating My Two Worlds Game At The Main Menu..
I've just received my copy of the game from Amazon UK and I've got very similar problems to other correspondents. The Internet activation link is dead and the telephone number for the UK is non-existent, whichever combination I try.
Re: Activating My Two Worlds Game At The Main Menu..
It's not a question of the number of activations, it's the fact that I simply cannot make any sort of contact to make the activation.
This is a pretty poor reflection on customer relations and support, particularly since you're the only person who's replied to my posts and e-mails - and you're apparently unable to help.
Apologies if you're a forum moderator and not employed by the maker/distibutor, but I'm not at all impressed.
By the way, UK consumer law states that goods sold must be fit for the intended purpose, which this product is quite clearly not, since I've paid money for it and can't play it thanks to the inadequacies of the distributors.
I'll bet that if I'd downloaded a pirate copy I wouldn't be having this trouble...
