How do i dual wield?

i bought the game about 5 hours ago, and i've been playing non-stop. i actually like it, except for not knowing how to dual wield. I just can't figure it out, none of the buttons on my controller will assign a second weapon to the right-most rectangle.

u have to find trainer, they will usally be in every city, not all of them though, they ussaly wear green armour too, recomend find him quik for that the price will rise each lvl u go.

The trainer for that skill is in the Brotherhood camp.

not just in in the brotherhood camps, i saw the guy in catholan too...
