I got in by bribing the guard outside the outpost. The dialogue gave me an option saying something like "My business inside will benefit everyone, even you." Then I gave the guard 100 gold and he let me in.
My rep with the brotherhood was also at 6 when I did this.
haha i did it the super sneaky way using the hidden skil of 'E bashing' thats right i jumped by bashing e all the way up the mountain onto the other side. opened the gate from the back. got great sword training and did the missions .
head right around the fence and keep looking for the easyest way over the mountain, im sure ull get over good luck!
loool just do it the easy way ... get some anilmals too come after you then you go to tha gate and then just whatch the gate open an guards flow out too aid you.
