Fill out that information to make the site, once the site is made you can upload images and make it look how you want.

He was just being friendly and giving you some pointers as to what you should get. Forums are the most important thing though, imo. Forums come with that Clan Site Manager, but I'm not particularly fond of them myself. Eamped.com is the way to go, and it's a hell of lot easier to use if you're new to the whole website thing.
