i have just a very simple question about TW...
it may sound stupid but how does the saving system work?
do you need to find special places to save you`re game or can you just safe wenever you want?
(again this may sound stupid but i`m having a bet with one of my friends and the loser wil get a punch in the belly from the winner, and i said you can save everywhere so i hope i win )
You can save wherever you want in PC(singleplayer). The whole world-state is saved, statically, as in Diablo 1. In addition, there is an intelligent auto-save feature, which saves game on a periodical base (you can turn it completely off, though), and before some crucial choices.
I do not know the details behind the saving system in XBOX version.
hmmm... alright but i needed the answer for the 360 version so the bet is still unclear of a winner but i think that the pc saving system is the same as the 360
I heard somewhere (and didn't find it in the guide or anywhere else...) that the hard difficulty game-over's you when you die. I didn't think this was true, but hadn't heard anything on the contrary. Is it what happens?

i got the x360 version my horse died with all of my stuff i cant see the things i saved on my dead horse is this a flaw in the game or im doing something wrong?
Propheet, in your starter post you claimed there was no level scaling, this isn't actually true. At least Bandits and chests DO scale their drops, based on your level. That said, bandits seem to trail substantially behind your level. Also note that only the level of the bandits and their items scale, the number per camp remains unchanged. This can be confirmed by using cheats to alter the Player's level unrealistically and then looking at early camps.
Additionally, level seems to determine when bandits will start using bows.
This has been mentioned a lot.
The guide is for 1.4, the level scaling has it's own separate discussion(use search, also see the "sneak-peek" thread where there is detailed info on LS in 2w)

Wow, I didn't know this, I should play on hard.
I always reload saves when I die... 99% combat efficiency FTW. (I forgot to do it one time).
