Questions regarding Gameplay

So i heard about this game today.
I read about this game on another forum, first i looked at some screenshots and videos, it looked promising and i decided to keep a look at this game until the review's comes out but then i discovered that it was Multiplayer possibilites! I mean with that graphic and gameplay!

So that's the story about how i got introduced to this game, i haven't read the faq yet but i'm gonna do it tommorow.
So i have some questions:
Is it right that you will be able to play in small multiplayer games with 7 other players like diablo/battle net?

How will the level system be?

Something other special about this game?

It is gonna be free to play?(just got to be sure of this :P)

Else i have heard that this game is gonna be released for PS3, PC and XBOX 360? Which of the two first looks most promising to play at?

Oh, and the introduction: I'm from Norway, i'm interested in gaming and some sports etc... My English may be a little bad so sorry for that

You will be able to join and quest with a party of eight people online.

The online is free on both the PC and Xbox 360

Nothing has been announced for the PS3, if you are a PC user see this thread as well as this.

The Xbox 360 version has been delayed until further notice, it is now likely to be released in July.

Any other questions can be answered in the faq here and information on the spells/classes can be found in the recently updated worldpedia here.

The game world is larger and more diverse than Cyrodiil, featuring bamboo forests, a desert as well as a volcanic wasteland.

There is no level scaling in two worlds, but in the single player you will have to play as a male Human.

There is a multiplayer component featuring pvp as well as 8 player adventuring (both free).

There is a wider selection of armour and numerous models for each weapon type (axe etc.).

Who you allign with has a significant effect on the world, you will even be able to raze settlements by helping the orcs.

Necromancy is unleashed on the world via a quest rather than being there in the first place.

There are numerous towns with a seperate identity, Ashos is home to a serpent race that slither rather than walk.

The soundtrack sounds more like an accomplished album and has a lot of diversity.

MP you only get Human and Elf , not much new from SP

My initial guess would be no. The apperance won´t change physically, but! You will be able to chose clothes and armor that will ive you a nice, evil look if you chose the right pieces. That also works the other way around, so you can look all nice and good, maybe with a white cloak, or a shimmering plate-mail. And you will also be able to configure your characters looks before you start the game, so you can go for an evil or good look there to. But I don´t think the characters apperance will change in the game and especially not based on your actions.
