Login Problems

hi just came back to two worlds after a long afk and i have run into a problem i reinstalled two worlds updated and used control panel to restore my settings etc everything else seems fine but whenever i try to connect to the warnetamerica server i get connection failed all the time the other servers seem ok and both let me put login details in however the america server does not just trys to log straight in then connection failed scince this is where i had my characters saved im hoping someone can help.
